- Returns or exchanges MUST be mailed back to us. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in-store. Returns or exchanges must be mailed back to us, this is due to mall leasing rules. Please submit a return or exchange request at the bottom of this page, and we will e-mail you a shipping label to mail the return or exchange back to us.

- We will gladly accept returns of items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) with all original tags attached and original receipt within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Want to exchange? If you would like to exchange an item, please submit an exchange request at the bottom of this page. Please note the correct size on your exchange form. We will then send you a new invoice for the correct size at the same discount as the previous order, once you pay that invoice we will ship the correct size item. We will issue credit for the incorrect size once it is received back to us. This helps to ensure the item you are looking for is in stock.
- All returns or exchanges must be received by returns department within 14 days from date package is delivered for full refund (minus shipping). Original shipping charges or duties are non-refundable. If we send you a return label, the return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
- We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item.
- All clearance, sale, intimate apparel, pre-orders, seasonal items and accessories are ﬁnal sale.
- Once a returned item is received, please allow 3-4 business days to process. It can take 5-7 business days to see a refund put back into your account (depending on your bank).
- Although we thoroughly inspect our inventory for damages, a damaged item might slip by us from time to time. If you receive a damaged item, we are happy to exchange the item or return the item for a full refund. Please email us at greenbay.shopalb.com if you have a defective item, so we can resolve this issue for you. Or submit a request at the bottom of this page.
- Please note, gift cards from our brick & mortar store do not work on the website and website gift certificate codes do not work in our brick & mortar stores!
