RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

We hope that you love your order, but we understand that things don’t always work out! We want to make your return or exchange requests as easy as possible.

Please email us at greenbay@shopalb.com to request a shipping label to be used for returns or exchanges. Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns or exchanges will be allowed in-store (Green Bay location only) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please see our guidelines below:

  • We will gladly accept returns of items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) with all original tags attached and original receipt.
  • Original shipping charges or duties are non-refundable.  If we send you a shipping label to return or exchange, the shipping label fees will be deducted from your return or exchange amount.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item.
  • All fashion boxes, mystery bags, doorbusters, clearance items, intimate apparel items, pre-orders, seasonal items and accessories are final sale.
  • Once we receive your return or exchange, please allow 1-2 business days to process. It can take 5-7 business days to see the refund on your account (depending on your bank).
  • Please note, physical plastic gift cards purchased from our brick & mortar stores cannot be used online, and e-gift cards (that contain a gift certificate code to be used online only) cannot be used at our brick & mortar stores. If you wish to purchase a physical plastic gift card to be used at our brick & mortar stores, it must be purchased in-store or via phone order and shipped directly to you!
